Gmail does not have a built-in feature that allows you to view all your email subscriptions. The best way to view all your Gmail email subscriptions is to use the “Unroll.Me” mobile app.

In this article, I will show you two methods that you can use to see all the newsletters that you have subscribed to.
1 – Use The Unroll.me Mobile App
1 – Open your app store and search for the unroll.me app
2 – Tap the “get” button to install the Unroll.Me – Email Cleanup app.
3 – Open the app after installing it.
4 – Select Gmail from the list of mailboxes.
5 – Log into your Gmail account.
6 – Follow the initial tutorial, then press the let’s go button.
7 – On the home screen, you will see all your active newsletter subscriptions. Press the three dots icon to the right of the screen to enter bulk actions mode.
8 – Select all the emails that you want to unsubscribe to.
9 – Click the red unsubscribe button at the bottom of the screen to unsubscribe to selected emails.
2 – Search For Emails That Contain The Word “Unsubscribe”
1 – Go to your Gmail inbox
2 – Type in the word “unsubscribe” in the search bar at the top of the page and press enter. Gmail will then filter and display all emails in your inbox that contain the word “unsubscribe”.
3 – Select an email that you want to unsubscribe to and open it
4 – Within the email, click on the unsubscribe link next to the sender’s email address.
5 – Click the unsubscribe button in the popup box
6 – If there is no unsubscribe link next to the sender’s email address, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe link in the footer.
7 – Follow along with the instructions on the sender’s subscription page to unsubscribe to their mailing list.
