There are two ways to delete a single draft email on the Gmail mobile app. Here are the steps for each:

3 – Tap on the horizontal ellipsis at the top right of the screen.
4 – Tap on the “discard” option in the menu to delete the draft.

The following tutorial has been tested on Safari mobile browser on iOS.
1 – Open the Safari mobile web browser on your iOS device.
2 – Log into your Gmail account by going to mail.google.com.
3 – Tap on the “I am not interested” link on the upgrade banner screen to proceed to the mobile web browser version of Gmail.
4 – From your Gmail inbox tap on the “aA” icon on the left side of the Safari toolbar.
5 – In the toolbar menu, select “Request Desktop Website.”
6 – Open any email, scroll to the bottom, and tap on the “older version” link.
7 – Tap the “Take me to latest Gmail” button on the page that asks you “Do you really want to use HTML Gmail?”
8 – From the desktop version of your Gmail inbox, go to the drafts label.
9 – Tap on the checkbox at the top of the page to select all drafts.
