iCloud email addresses cannot be fully integrated into Gmail because they do not support Google’s Gmailify feature.
To add your iCloud email to the Gmail web app, use the Gmail “Import mail and contacts” feature to import incoming emails from your iCloud account to your Gmail account. Then use Gmail’s “Send mail as” feature to reply, forward, or send new emails from within Gmail using your iCloud email address.
To add your iCloud email to the Gmail mobile app, use the “add new account” feature to log in to your iCloud email account from within the Gmail mobile app.

In this article, I will show you how to check, reply and send emails from your iCloud account using the Gmail web and mobile apps.
How To Add Your iCloud Email To Gmail Using The Web App?
1 – Create An App-Specific Password For Gmail.
1 – Go to appleid.apple.com and log in to your iCloud account.
2 – Click the App-Specific Passwords tab on the Sign-In and Security page.
3 – Click the generate an app-specific password button in the popup window. If you already generated a password, click the blue plus icon to add another one.
4 – Enter a name for your app-specific password in the provided field and click the create button.
5 – Confirm Your Password by entering your iCloud password in the provided field, then click the continue button.
6 – Copy your app-specific password, then click the done button.
2 – Import Emails From iCloud To Gmail.
1 – Go to mail.google.com and log in to your Gmail account.
2 – Click the settings icon to the right of the page.
3 – Click the “See All Settings” button in the dropdown menu.
4 – Go to the Accounts and Import tab on the settings page.
5 – Click the Import mail and contacts link.
6 – Enter your iCloud email address and click the continue button.
7 – On the next page, enter the app-specific password you created as the password for your iCloud account and click the continue button.
8 – Check the import mail and import new mail for the next 30 days options, then click start import.
9 – Wait for Gmail to import the emails. It can take up to two days to complete.
3 – Configure Gmail To Send Emails Using An iCloud Email Address.
1 – Go to the “accounts and import tab” on the Gmail settings page.
2 – Click the “add another email address” button in the “Send mail as” section.
3 – Enter your iCloud email address in the “Enter information about your other email address” page and click the next step button.
4 – Enter smtp.mail.me.com in the SMTP Server field.
5 – Enter your iCloud email address in the username field.
6 – Enter your iCloud app-specific password for Gmail in the password field.
7 – Select Secured connection using TLS and click the add account button. If the TLS option fails, change it to “Secured connection using SSL”.
8 – Use the Apple Mail app or go to icloud.com/mail and open the confirmation email sent by Google.
9 – Click on the confirmation link within the email.
10 – Click the confirm button on the confirmation page.
11 – When composing a new email, click on the downward-facing arrow next to your Gmail email address and then select your iCloud email address from the list.
How To Add Your iCloud Email To Gmail Using The Mobile App?
1 – Open the Gmail app.
2 – Tap on your account icon to the right of the search bar.
3 – Tap on “Add new account” in the dropdown menu.
4 – Select iCloud from the list of email services.
5 – Create an app-specific password for Gmail If you have not yet created one.
6 – Enter your app-specific password to configure the incoming server settings, then tap next.
7 – Enter your app-specific password again for the Outgoing server settings, then tap next.
8 – Enter your preferred display name, then tap next.
9 – Tap the account icon again and select your iCloud account from the list to use the Gmail app with your iCloud email.
